Job description
1. Effectively handle the reports basis inputs allocated and achieve all the contractual SLA s
2. Ability to understand data and translate this into meaningful business insights, reports and visualizations
3. Capture reporting requirements from various stakeholders, architect the solution/report, understand/analyze the source data and deliver the reports in timely manner
4. Strong expertise in designing intuitive and interactive reports/dashboards using Power BI for data driven decisions.
5. Performance Monitoring, fine-tuning and optimization of reports/dashboards
6. Should have handled complexity around visualization and/or data.
7. Interpret written business requirements and technical specification documents
8. Worked on DAX query
9. Take ownership of issues and work internal and customer functions to resolve them
10. Participate in effective time tracking of activities handled in a day using MI recording tools provided
11. Healthcare Sector domain knowledge
12. Data modelling & Analysis
13. Experience in statistical analysis or Data Science
14. Work with onshore and offshore teams to contribute in high performance of the team
15. Willing to work in shifts and at the office as per the business requirement
16. Take ownership of issues and work internal and customer functions to resolve them
17. Understanding of company policies & procedures
18. Participate in effective time tracking of activities handled in a day using MI recording tools provided
19. Demonstrate highest level of integrity whilst dealing with activities relating to the operations
20. Simplify reporting using VBA interventions
21. Excellent command over SLA reporting - defining data sources, data structures, KPIs
22. Ability to analyze data and provide insights to leadership
23. Proactive identification of issues by building lead indicators and appraising leadership on EWS
Skills required:
Excellent MS Excel Skills : Advance user + VBA Expertise
MS Office Suite power user
Exposure in building dashboards, reports in excel
Able to compile data from various healthcare (customer) sources
Excellent interpersonal skills & comprehension skills
Excellent analytical skill
Knowledge on insurance area is an add-on
Qualification
Graduate in any discipline
Similar work experience of 3-5 years
