Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective strategies to engage with universities and colleges in Nizamabad and nearby areas.
• Attend and organize career fairs, information sessions, and other campus recruitment events in the region.
• Evaluate resumes and conduct interviews to identify top candidates.
• Build and maintain relationships with university career centers, student organizations, and faculty members in the region.
• Promote the employer brand and company values on campuses in the area to attract top talents.
• Maintain accurate documentation and provide reports on campus recruitment activities in Nizamabad.
