Degree in Engg with 6 yrs or Diploma in Engg with 12 yrs of Construction Experience. Out of the experience, at least 5 years should have been as QA/QC Manager.
Lead QA/QC shall be a Qualified internal auditor of ISO 9001.
Responsible for Overall Quality of the products and services delivered to Customers
Thorough knowledge of Oil field engineering and construction methods including its practice and procedures.
Familiarity with ASME codes, IS standards, regulations and practices applicable to Construction & Refineryindustry.
Preparation & control of Project Quality system management documentation prior to project commencement.
Attend Client Quality Management meetings and coordinate all project requirements with Stakeholders.
Manage and Track Quality metrics.
Assist in review and development of project specifications for code compliance and constructability within industry standards.
Perform onsite field observation of installed work (e.g. concrete, structural steel, process and mechanical piping, electrical, etc.).
Develop vendor quality awareness and ensure that quality controls are performed during the vendor manufacturing process as per QCP.
Monitor the disposition of all issued nonconformance reports.
Report problems or concerns to senior management immediately.
Provide training and support to QA team.
Preparation of QA manual control and supervision of all amendments and revisions.
