Interested candidate share your CV and recent Formal/passport size photo to [email protected] Work from Office, 24/7 support Job Location: Chennai only Experience range: 5 - 9 years Immediate to 1 month joiner only PFB-JD Responsibilities: Citrix : - Administer Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop environments. - Troubleshoot Citrix-related issues and optimize performance. - Implement and manage Citrix policies for user access. (Citrix Or Nutanix) Nutanix Administration: - Administer Nutanix hyper-converged infrastructure. - Monitor and optimize Nutanix clusters for performance. - Implement backup and recovery strategies for Nutanix environments. Windows Server Administration: - Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server operating systems. - Manage Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, and DHCP services. VMware : - Strong understanding of VMware virtualization technologies, including ESXi, VCenter, vSphere and vSAN - Manage and troubleshoot virtual machines and virtual infrastructure. Troubleshooting and Incident Resolution: - Provide Level 2 support for Windows, VM, Citrix server-related incidents. - Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex issues. Documentation: - Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps. Security Compliance: - Implement and enforce security best practices and compliance standards. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Wintel Support Engineer, System Ad or similar role. - Strong knowledge of Windows Server operating systems. - Experience with Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop and Nutanix environments. - Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware). - Understanding of networking concepts and protocols. - Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Citrix, Nutanix) are a plus. - Strong communication and collaboration skills.Job tags
