Job description

We at Infinite Solutions is looking for Accounts & Finance Executive to assist in overall functioning of Accounts & Finance Department.

Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

Tracking payments to internal and external stakeholders Contract Management in software- Verification of bills as per the contract Managing all accounting transactions Assist in handling monthly, quarterly and annual closings Reconcile accounts payable and receivable Ensure timely bank payments Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary Comply with financial policies and regulations

Required Skills:

Work experience as an Accountant Knowledge of basic accounting regulations and procedures Knowledge of Zoho software, Tally or any other software is preferred MS Excel skills Experience with general ledger functions Knowledge of day-today online banking transactions
