Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated US Recruiter to join our team at GEx Search. As a US Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for various IT and executive positions. This is a full-time position based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the IT industry.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Good knowledge of the IT industry and the latest trends
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements and work in a fast-paced environment
• Effective negotiation skills to secure top talent

Roles and Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various IT and executive positions
• Utilize job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels to identify potential candidates
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including coordinating interviews and making job offers
• Build and maintain a network of candidates and potential hires
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide recruitment solutions
• Stay updated with industry trends and recruitment best practices
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
