Role : Lead – Analytics

About Flexmoney:

Flexmoney's mission is to 'Simplify and Democratize Consumer Credit' for the mass-market Indian

consumer. Flexmoney enables banks, NBFCs and trusted lending partners to offer lender-branded,

instant consumer finance/ EMIs at point of sale. Flexmoney owns and operates InstaCredTM, the

largest BNPL network of online merchants and lenders with 45 Mn+ pre-approved user credit lines

from multiple lending partners and over 68,000 online merchants (including marquee merchants such as Flipkart, Amazon, MakeMyTrip etc). We provide the technology infrastructure and point-of-sale merchant network distribution as a 'Plug and Play' proposition to trusted lending partners.

Lending partners can offer lender-branded, frictionless, point of sale purchase credit to any consumer via a 'Plug and Play' integration. Merchants enable our payment mode to provide shoppers with an RBI-compliant, instant digital consumer finance payment option at checkout.

Job Role:

Lead the Business Analytics team for Flexmoney. Responsible for providing data driven insights that helps key stakeholders deliver higher value and enhance revenue

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Candidate will lead the Business Analytics team for Flexmoney

● Responsible for network analytics on both sides of the InstaCred network i.e.

Lender and Merchant networks

● Collaborate with Business, Product, Engineering, Operations and other

stakeholders to create data-driven strategy for conversion

● Create a data analytics framework that is pivotal to making InstaCred NTB

Marketplace successful by improving conversion and application approval rates

● Conversion and Funnel Analytics - analyse conversion & product funnels across

different user journeys

● Analyse User Behaviour & Transaction data and recommend actions to improve

Conversion and Monetization

● Campaign Analytics - Analyse Campaigns across different channels and customer

segments

● Create Dashboards and Reports to help stakeholders with decision making

● Develop and build a framework for 'Conversion Optimization Best Practices'

● Work with internal teams to help build Cross Activation & Monetization strategies

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

● Proficiency in SQL, R or Python, Dashboarding tools, Google Data Studio or

similar tools

● Candidate should be proficient in MS Excel

● 7-8 years of relevant experience in Finance / Banking Industry

● Should possess knowledge of basic concepts of statistics and their application in

product analytics

● Candidate should possess a strong understanding of Retail Lending

● Data-driven, structured problem solver with excellent communication skills

● Knowledge of how Ads platform and digital marketing works will be an added

advantage

● Experience in using product analytics and tracking tools like GA, Clevertap, Mix

Panel will be an added advantage

● Self-motivated and ownership driven individual

● Excellent analytical, communication, presentation and negotiation skills with

cross-functional organizations, customers & stake-holders
