Job Description Handling Front Office related activates like :

Receiving in & out bond calls.

Receiving & managing the Clients, Customers and Visitors.

Handling HR process:

Handling HR Related works.

Preparing the complete pre joining and post joining formalities.

Issuing the ID (access) Cards to employees.

Open the New Bank Accounts of the employees.

Coordinating and facilitating the Interview Candidates.

Preparing Payrolls of employees.

Preparing all joining formalities, responsible for issuing Offer Letters, Appointment

Letters, Confirmation Letters, and Experience Letters etc.

Preparing the complete Full and Final Settlement of employees.

Maintaining Employee Files

Preparing employee monthly attendance report.

Joining of new employees

Induction of new employees

Managing the employee on boarding and induction process

Implementation of Policies and schemes

Conducting entry and exit interviews

Sending welcome and Birthday Mails and also making changes to company's policies and procedures when needed.

Handling Administration works

Taking care of administration filing and maintenance.

Taking care of Directors works

Arrange the meetings of Directors & employees.

Traveling maintenance for employees

International & domestic Ticket booking

Supervision over House Keeping and Employee Co- ordination for smooth flow of work on regular basis.

Coordinating with Various Vendors.

Procurement & Dispatch of Stationery Items (Maintaining a log for the dispatched items)

Coordinating on Vendors Payments & Bills

Taking care of courier Receive/ Dispatch

Maintaining Accounts and Inventory:

Handling bills, invoices to the accounts department and ensuring their timely payment.

Taking care of office maintenance and office Equipment Maintenance and Keep records of all telephone, water and electricity bills.

Making admin related arrangements for new hires (ID card, stationery, Work Station Etc.)

Petty Cash Handling & preparing Petty Cash Statements.

Ordering Stationery and Maintenance of Stock.

Organising events such as company's get together parties, corporate trips, birthdays of employees and festival celebrations, etc.

Coordinating with Accounts department for processing Bills, Travel arrangement (Rail, Air) , Transportation and Hotel Bookings.

Filing and Maintenance of various records.

Drafting official Emails, Business letters.

PAY: 1.2L- 1.8L

Qualifications Any Graduate.

Experience: 1 to3 Years.

Must be very Good Looking.

Should have excellent Comunucation skills and must be very Fluent in Speaking English, Hindi, Telugu.

Should have very good knowledge in MS- Office, Browsing.

Should be fast in typing on keyboard.
