The SDR Team Lead will be playing an essential role in pioneering the SDR team. This role will be responsible for generating leads from different sources, creating and drafting emails for outreach campaigns, and booking demo calls with the sales closers.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential outbound leads. This may involve using databases, online research tools, and other resources to find potential clients and customize outreach to their brand.
  • Review, finalize, and schedule email marketing assets. Set up and prepare email campaigns for timely launch.
  • Analyze lead details and follow qualification flow charts to decide whether a new lead is qualified for the sales team.
  • Consistently run A/B experiments to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates across the funnel
  • Manage and organize sales data. This may involve inputting data into databases, ensuring data accuracy, and creating reports and dashboards for the sales team.
  • Perform various administrative tasks such as drafting and responding to emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining sales records.
  • Conduct market research to help the sales team better understand their target audience, competitors, and industry trends. This may involve analyzing sales data, conducting surveys, and researching industry publications.
  • Support the sales team in their efforts to generate revenue. This may involve assisting with sales presentations, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with other departments.

Job specific requirements

  • 3+ years prior lead generation and lead qualification experience
  • Proficient in using email marketing and automation tools
  • Experience with Apollo, Seamless, and Sales Navigator
  • Experience with Reply.io, Mailchimp, or similar platforms
  • Solid understanding of the customer lifecycle
  • Experience with drafting email campaigns and sequences
  • Proven leadership and process-building skills
  • Ability to work on the US time zones
