Job description

Skydo is looking for a Client Engagement Specialist to join our Customer Success team. This role will report to the customer success lead and will be responsible for improving the activation and post-onboarding experience of Skydo customers. The successful candidate will also have monthly targets to meet.

Role

1. Proactively manage customer relationships, ensuring high levels of activation and satisfaction.
2. Engage with onboarded customers frequently via multiple channels, calls, email and WhatsApp.
3. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets, driving revenue, expanding market share, and acting as a revenue generator in business development
4. Monitor customer health metrics, developing strategies to address areas of concern.
5. Conduct product demos for customers to explain the platform usage.
6. Give feedback to the demand generation/sales team on customer quality based on interactions and feedback from customers.
7. Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently
8. Provide product/service information to customers
9. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
10. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
11. Collaborate with other team members to improve the overall customer experience

Qualification & Skills

1. Strong academic record with approx. 4 years of work experience in sales and Customer success and at least 2 years in B2B sales or account managementPrior experience in customer service or a related field
2. A friendly and professional demeanour when interacting with customers
3. Excellent English communication skills, persuasiveness and interpersonal skills
4. Sales DNA (target orientation), attention to detail and execution focus
5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
6. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
7. A passion for service excellence and improving the customer experience.

Location: Bangalore (in-office) Mon-Fri, with occasional travel
