Job description

Tasks

Preparation of spare parts quotations and spare parts orders

Appointment clarification of spare parts inquiries

Monitoring of costs and delivery dates

Take care about customer inquiries and technical clarification

Master data Management

Coordination of translations

Regulary reporting

Prepare customs documents

Import and customs clearance for shipments to India and Bangladesh

Requirements

Minimum 4- 8 years of Industry experience.

Commercial education and basic technical knowledge

ERP Expertise (prefered ProAlpha)

Experience in customer service subjects

Experience importing goods from Germany

Good English and German Language skills

Customer orientation, Initiative and resilience

Team Player MS-Office-skills

Willing to work in Shifts.

Experience in US/ German/ UK MNCs
