Job description

Role: Deputy Manager / Manager Marketing Male

Experience: Min. 8 years

Location: Andheri (E) Head Office

Budget: Max Upto 18 LPA (including an 8% Variable Pay)

Role and Responsibilities:

Creating & managing to implementing overall Marketing Plan (Launches included)

Draft 360degree product launch marketing (media) plan/calendar basis Targets / TG / Theme & implement it

via prioritized activities on the marketing roadmap. In addition to above also manage the budgets for their

campaigns media selection & allocation basis awareness / acquisition

Creating programs and oversee campaigns.

Assist in creating programs and campaigns to attract home buyer. Driving campaign communication requirements

along with brand team to make sure creative and content are aligned with the sales team. Also come up with ideas

for future programs and campaigns.

Customer Experience

Identify key touch points from the customer journey and implement best practices. Bridge the gap between

customers and the brand to ensure that the touch points across the customers journey are engaging efficient and

effective. This by planning & creating an experience in alignment to brand & campaign theme.

Manage cross functional teams

Work with Brand Digital SMO & PR team is achieving the overall marketing plan objectives in terms of

communication delivery & lead generation

Events & Expos

Conduct events pertaining to sites as per Marketing calendar these can range from massive product launches and

conferences to smaller efforts such as webinars.

Vendor Management

Need to engage with other people outside the company too such as vendors partners or advertising agencies.

Negotiate best rates develop strong network and manage the vendors from execution to payments

Supporting sales

Right from producing informational kits to developing campaign pitch to training sales reps on how to move

customers along the buyers journey more effectively. Apart from keeping all cross functional teams informed on

the marketing plans also service all incoming request within the stipulated timelines and are the goto people for

any internal marketingrelated questions or requests.

Analyzing marketing data

Track analyze and report on the impact of all marketing activities. Look for ways to improve their efforts and

better engage with prospective customers. They may also evaluate competitors and compile and share industry

trends.

OnSite

Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing standards training representatives monitoring calls

surveying customers and evaluating outcomes.

Review Management

Monitor business activities and performance. Monitor and track key performance indicators. Evaluate and review

marketing calendar month on month basis campaigns advertising media plan to make sure the correct mediums

are being used and campaigns are effective. Preparing reports preparing presentations interpreting information

and making recommendations
