Job description
*To Lead a team of Service Engineers which shall take care of Repair Maintenance PMS & I&C of Commercial Kitchen Equipment
*Handling Customer complaints over phone and email. Understanding their problems quickly and manage communication with them.
*Allocate service calls to various field service technicians long with deadline.
*Manage service register and MIS Reporting
*Should convert customer accounts into AMCs.
