Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at F Plus Healthcare Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for performing regular sales calls and meetings with customers, expanding the customer base, holding presentations and workshops, creating and monitoring sales targets, and building and maintaining relationships with key clients. The Sales Manager is also responsible for forecasting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in the Pharma/Biotech industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good experience in B to C market
• Experience in forecasting and achieving sales targets
• Knowledge of Pharma/Biotech chemicals and equipment
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail
• Good negotiation and persuasion skills
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Relevant prior work experience may be substituted for educational requirements. Experience working in the Healthcare industry is a plus.
