Skillsets & Qualification required: • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in recruitment cycle • Experience in bulk hiring is added advantage • MBA preferred. • Ability to meet hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates. • Responsible for the full life cycle of the recruiting process. • Updating current and designing new recruiting procedures • Supervising the recruiting team and reporting on its performance • Keeping track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-fill and cost-per-hire) • Sourcing and screening candidates by using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline. Coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations, all while ensuring candidates have a pleasant experience. • Knowledge of applicant tracking software programs • Knowledge of managing and operating Job Portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc • Basic proficiency in the following MS Office skills – Outlook, Word, & Power Point and data management • Excellent spoken and written communication skills • Effective negotiating skills • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases Other requirements: • Strong sense of personal responsibility and ownership for success of the tasks assigned • Eagerness to contribute to a team-oriented environment and ability to work cooperatively with other teams • High levels of personal energy and appetite for work and success • Willingness to stretch and work on weekends to meet deadlineJob tags
