Job description
Title : Program ManagerJob Description :Role & Responsibilities : Project Planning and Execution :- Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.- Coordinate with content development teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.- Drive project execution, monitor progress, and proactively identify and resolve potential issues.Cross-Functional Collaboration :- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between content creators, instructional designers, developers, and other stakeholders.- Work closely with internal teams to ensure that project requirements are understood and met.Resource Management :- Manage project resources, including personnel, budget, and timelines.- Optimize resource allocation to ensure efficient project delivery.Quality Assurance :- Establish and implement quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality educational content.- Conduct regular reviews and assessments to maintain content standards.Stakeholder Engagement :- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, feedback, and insights.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure project success.- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.- Proactively address issues as they arise to keep projects on track.Skills in the spotlight :- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, experience in the EdTech industry, and a passion for creating impactful educational content.- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or PMP certification is a plus.- Proven experience in project management, preferably within the EdTech industry.- Strong understanding of content development processes and instructional design principles.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is desirable.
