Responsibilities
. Experience in end-to-end recruitment is preferred
o Looking 1 year of experience in Sourcing provided they can scale up quickly
o Ability to work with minimum supervision, and be proactive
. Work schedule: Mon-Thu work from office and Friday will be WFH
o No shifts
o Weekend recruitment drives, whenever applicable (less frequent)
o Flexibility to put in extra effort/time to learn the process and deliver
. Work location: Electronic City, Infy campus
. Tech or non-Tech hiring
