Job Location: Hyderabad & Andhra Pradesh Designation: Financial Services Consultant/ AFSM / AKRM/ KRM Experience: 6m to 5 Years (Sales experience preferred) CTC: 2.15 LPA – 4.5 LPA Other Benefits: Monthly Allowances + Incentives + Annual Bonus + Free Medical benefits Channel Name: Direct Marketing Channel Role Overview: As a Financial Services Consultant within the Direct Marketing Channel at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, you will play a crucial role in understanding customer needs and recommending suitable life insurance products. This role requires a passion for sales, with the opportunity to achieve aspirational targets and earn attractive rewards. Candidates willing to be mobile and work across locations will be preferred. Key Responsibilities: - Understand customer needs and recommend suitable life insurance products to them, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. - Acquire new clients using leads provided by the company and generate quality business revenue. - Actively cross-sell and upsell products to existing customers by identifying their evolving needs and preferences. - Provide prompt and efficient service to existing customers, resolving their queries and concerns to maintain the quality of business consistently. - Generate fresh leads through cold calling and explore new avenues to expand the customer base for revenue generation opportunities. - Accept authority of application and handle customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution and escalation to the concerned team when necessary. - Exercise due diligence to prevent unauthorized or fraudulent transactions, maintaining the integrity of business operations. - Achieve sales targets set by the company and earn attractive rewards linked to performance achievements. - Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to work across different locations as per business requirements.
