Job description
Primary Objectives And Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal and external support and driving collaboration.
- Responsible for overseeing external and internal communications of the entire group of companies.
- Maintain a marketing calendar that schedules all aspects of the creation and delivery of content throughout the year.
- Meticulous scheduling of posts across social media handles to ensure that the campaigns get enough visibility.
- Responsible for overseeing the maintenance of the websites of all the group companies including regular updation, content revamps, and design changes.
- Define and design customer-facing marketing collaterals and support in sales enablement and work with global and local teams on deliverables to meet timelines.
- Lead the company's branding at various forums and Tradeshows, from planning to execution at international platforms and locations.
- Market research and competitor mapping, with proper reports and outputs
- Working in partnership with the creative team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets.
- Identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
- Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide additional sales support.
- Guide team on business presentations, creatives, videos, and other marketing collateral.
- Social Media listening and research, content ideation and brainstorming, research, monitoring and tracking what's trending on social media and coordinating with departments to create content around trending topics.
Skills And Competencies - Good understanding of digital marketing facets inclusive of storytelling, creatives, events, and workflows. Exposure to working in an organization involved in SaaS Domain would be an added advantage.
- Strong experience in business presentations, content writing, vendor management, Tradeshow participation, videos, creatives, and other marketing collaterals.
- High-quality written and verbal communication skills, strong listening skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to conceive fresh and appealing ideas for new content that establishes or supports the company's brand identity.
- Good knowledge of MS Office especially PowerPoint, creative tools, social media tools, and WordPress.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
- Experience with tools like Hubspot, Marketo for CRM and lead management and tracking visitors to website.
- Working knowledge of Telecom OSS/BSS, Subscription Management, e-Business, SaaS bases solution/platforms.
