Roles and Responsibilities of the selected candidate

1). Solving the queries of Postpaid / Prepaid Customers.

2). Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions for customers, and follow up to resolve any issue

Location- Ghansoli, Mumbai

NOTE- This is an international calling process so candidates must be fluent in English
