Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located at our Dr. Reddy Laboratories Ltd. site in Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh for a Site Supervisor - Instrumentation. As a Site Supervisor at AEIPL, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the work of the instrumentation team at the job site. You will need to ensure that the work is completed on time and to the required quality standards. Additionally, you will need to work with the project manager to manage schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation Engineering or a related field.
• Having 2+ years' experience in managing instrumentation projects, with a good understanding of product specifications and their relevant applications
• Strong communication and leadership skills to lead a team of instrumentation Engineers, Technician and other staff ( semi-skilled, unskilled etc.)
• Good knowledge of standard instrumentation tools, their calibration, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and technical manuals related to instrumentation and control systems
• Experience in planning, scheduling and reporting of project progress to stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of relevant safety standards and procedures.
• Willingness to travel and work in different project locations across India
