Role Description: We seek Freelance Assistant Design Interns passionate about blending traditional techniques with modern aesthetics, inspired by Indian spiritual philosophies. This role is a canvas for innovation, storytelling through design, and bringing eco-conscious fashion narratives to life. Responsibilities: • Collaborate on sustainable fashion designs, infusing traditional handcraft techniques. • Provide creative ideas and contribute to storytelling through designs inspired by Indian spiritual philosophies. • Create technical designs and drawings, aligning with our brand’s vision. • Assist in sourcing eco-friendly materials and exploring luxury materials, streetwear aesthetics. • Engage in the full design process, from concept to final product. Qualifications: • Keen interest or background in fashion design, with a spotlight on sustainability. • Familiarity with textiles, garment dyes, tie-dye, block printing, embroidery, weaving. • Creative thinker, detail-oriented, with a strong sense of aesthetics. • Exposure to New Delhi’s fashion scene and traditional craftsmanship is desirable. • A degree from a Fashion Institute is a plus, but not mandatory. Compensation: This is a paid internship with the potential to evolve into a permanent position based on performance. Specific compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.
