About the Role: We are looking for a results-oriented Performance Marketer who will be responsible for managing Facebook and Google media buys. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, data-driven, and possess a strong bias towards experimentation. You will be tasked with optimizing campaigns to achieve the highest possible Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) while continuously testing and refining strategies to drive performance improvements.

Core Responsibilities: ● Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies for Facebook and Google platforms, with a focus on driving user acquisition, engagement, and conversion. ● Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms, including Search, Display, and Video campaigns. ● Monitor campaign performance metrics daily, analyze data, and identify opportunities for optimization to improve ROAS. ● Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to optimize ad creatives, targeting, and messaging to maximize campaign effectiveness. ● Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages that drive engagement and conversions. ● Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure our campaigns remain innovative and competitive. ● Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, trends, and opportunities for improvement. ● Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and ROI across campaigns. ● Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Analytics, and Business teams, to align marketing initiatives with business objectives. ● Identify and test new channels, tactics, and technologies to expand our digital marketing reach and drive growth.

Who should apply for this role ? ● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field. ● Proven track record of success in managing Facebook and Google media buys, with a strong focus on performance marketing and ROI optimization. ● Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting. ● Deep understanding of digital advertising metrics and KPIs, with the ability to analyze complex data sets to derive actionable insights. ● Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and make data-backed decisions. ● Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross functional team environment. ● Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment. ● Creative problem solver with a passion for continuous learning and experimentation. ● Experience with A/B testing methodologies and tools is a plus. Certifications in Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint are preferred.
