Human Resource - Unified HelpDesk (UHD) supports HR queries resolution to India and overseas countries and ensuring 24x5 coverage on employee queries through PISA platform and audio support. Job Description Managing inbound calls and resolution on PISA tickets within defined timelines (SLA). Following call scripts when handling different topics. Identifying customers needs, clarify information, examine every request and providing solutions. Meet minimum standard productivity and KPI targets. Strong communication and good call handling skills to support queries on call and ensure users satisfaction. Manage (non-technical) Tier 1 queries i.e. Human Resource, Reimbursement, Travel & Expense, Payroll, Mobility, Insurance and Benefits, etc. Manage/update employee records on Nessie-HR tool. To be well versed with Policies/Process and provide accurate information to employees as first level of contact. Pointing on Policy/Process, SOP change as applicable and beneficial to employees/organization. To work together as a member of the Help Desk team to assist in the delivery of an excellent Employee Satisfaction. Preferred Requirements Graduates any stream (B.com, BA, BSC). FRESHERS & 1-2 yrs of experience in Help Desk Good knowledge of HR processes and current HR Policy. Good knowledge of different MS Office Applications. Ready to Work in rotational shifts i.e., first, second and night shift. Ability to operate independently and in a team - Passion for teamwork.Job tags
