What you will be doing
- Installs, maintains and upgrades internal computer hardware and software systems used for designing and developing company products.
- Controls user access and passwords
- Proposes and implements system enhancements that will improve reliability and performance of system
- CA Siteminder SSO & Middleware
- Install, configure, deploy, and support CA Single Sign-On (SSO) in high-availability Linux environment.
- Install, configure, deploy, and support CA Directory in high-availability Linux environment Analyze and plan significant infrastructure updates, product enhancements, and product upgrades.
- Respond to end user and application calls for assistance with CA SSO issues.
- Provide support for the integration of applications to include web servers and application servers, with CA SSO.
- Provide server support for CA SSO environment.
- Install, upgrade, and maintain patching of Siteminder software across environments.
- Support applications in a distributed, highly available, mission-critical environment.
- Install SSL certificates on web servers and application servers.
- Monitors usage and performance
- Trains personnel on system usage
- Troubleshoots server, software and hardware issues
- Assists with recommending, scheduling and implementing system hardware and/or software upgrades or repairs.
- Researches, evaluates and recommends software and hardware products
- • Supports Web access and electronic messaging services and maintains a secure systems environment.
- Provides new hardware specifications to users based on application needs and anticipated growth
- Other related duties assigned as needed
What you bring :
- 3 to 8 years of experience
- Job Profile : Systems Administrator II
- Experience : 3 to 8 years max
- Experience with CA Single Sign-On (SSO), user directories, and web access management technologies; CA Directory as a policy store, session store, and key store or CA Single Sign-On R12.52 is a plus
- Experience with SAML/Federation, XML, SOAP, and web services
- Configure SSO servers to operate with monitoring tools, for example, Nagios, QRadar, Cacti, and MRTG
- Develop custom scripts to extract data from SSO logs and produce ad-hoc reports
- Background working with Identity Management systems or working directly in IT Security
- Handson Experience in Shell Scripting, Jython and Python Scripting
- Experience in Production Support 24x7 including Incident, Change and Problem Management.
- Raising support cases for critical incidents.
- Extensive troubleshooting knowledge on Websphere Application Server, JBoss, IBM MQ
- Handson experience in Unix Platforms (AIX, SunOS, Linux)
- Handson experience in working with monitoring tools like Wily, splunk etc.
- Handson experience in working with SSL certificates - raising CSR, importing and exporting certificates, PKI, knowledge on SSL terminologies.
- Handson experience in anyone Load Balancers BIGIP or Netscaler.
- Proactive support for the day-to-day Service Requests, Change Requests and Incidents.
- Knowledge on SLA, OLA and MTTR
- Work Timings : US Day Shift (4:30 pm IST to 1:00 am IST)
