- Demonstrated ability in team management and leadership
- Proven track record in program management and delivering high-quality fitness services
- Knowledge of fitness equipment, techniques, and safety protocols
- Certification in fitness training or related field is desirable
Roles and Responsibilities
- Create and implement gym policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations and adherence to safety guidelines
- Manage a team of fitness trainers and support staff while providing leadership and guidance
- Develop and oversee fitness programs, classes, and workshops to meet the needs and interests of gym members
- Maintain a clean and organized gym environment, including equipment maintenance and repairs
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing member complaints and concerns
- Market and promote the gym to attract new members and retain existing ones
- Monitor financial performance, analyze data, and create reports for management
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas to enhance the gym experience
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of staff and implement training programs to improve their skills
