Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant - Asset Finance SME/Product Owner
In this role, you would be primary responsible for supporting and enhancing web application.
Responsibilities
· Expertise in Commercial Banking, Leasing and Lending covering end to end business cycle including Originations and Servicing
· Extensive understanding of the End-to-End Processes with reasonable understanding of linkages
· Responsible for innovation and end-to-end launch of products.
· Exposure to tools and technologies offered to enhance effectiveness of the assigned Process.
· Hands-on experience on any of the major commercial leasing and lending platforms
· The SME role will require participation in defining strategies and sales presentations to potential business heads.
· Works in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks.
· Translates product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
· Meetings with existing and potential Genpact customers to understand requirements and problem areas.
· Lead Solution Identification for new business awarded to Genpact, define and blueprint steady state operations.
· As a subject matter expert once Genpact has been down selected, lead work through due diligence to design the target state operations and support execution.
· Create and independently validate specific models and business cases.
· Provide sound business rationale for improving the business case for non-qualified opportunities because of due diligence expertise.
· Focus on managing the project engagement specifically balancing organization profit and long-term client opportunity.
· Work closely with Global counterparts from all Genpact regions, to attain standardization in the product offering, share best practices and develop more efficient ways of working.
· Develop Genpact product offering in line with the industry changes.
· Improving commercial leasing and lending business processes
· Developing transformation road map for continuous process improvement
· Co-ordinate with Genpact teams on various project management related activities.
· Provide subject matter expertise as part of the product development initiatives.
· Participate in RFP submissions for new or existing customers.
· Significant interactions with other functions (e.g., Transformation Services, RFx) and Practices (F&A etc.)
· Building strategic relationships with the BFS Business Development and Operations teams globally and locally
· Present solutions to client executives and sales teams
· Reviewing adapted solutions in Genpact for the client.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
· BCA/BBA/BE/MCA
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
· Participate in training activities; keep abreast with the BFS industry specific policies and regulations.
· Prioritizes and maintains the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders.
· Leads the product functional design process based on an intimate knowledge of the users and technology.
· CSPO Certification or any other Product Owner Certification is good to have.
