We are looking for a skilled VR Senior to join our team in either Gurgaon or Bangalore. As a VR Senior, you will be responsible for leading the development of immersive virtual reality (VR) experiences. This is an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects and shape the future of VR technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and implementation of VR applications and experiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and objectives.
Architect scalable and efficient VR solutions using cutting-edge technologies and tools.
Mentor and guide junior developers in VR development best practices and techniques.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
Research and evaluate new VR technologies, frameworks, and platforms for integration into projects.
Optimize VR applications for performance, usability, and compatibility across different VR devices and platforms.
Test and debug VR applications to identify and resolve issues and ensure a seamless user experience.
Stay updated on emerging trends and advancements in VR technology and share knowledge with the team.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on VR experiences based on user insights.
Technical Skills:
Unity3D, Unreal Engine, C#, C++, VR Development, Oculus SDK, HTC Vive, OpenVR, SteamVR, WebXR, 3D Modeling, Animation, UI/UX Design, Game Development, Cross-Platform Development, Version Control (e.g., Git), Problem-Solving.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
6+ years of experience in VR development, with a focus on immersive experiences.
Strong proficiency in Unity3D or Unreal Engine.
Proficient in C# and/or C++ programming languages.
Experience with VR development frameworks and SDKs such as Oculus SDK, HTC Vive, and OpenVR.
Knowledge of 3D modeling and animation tools like Blender or Maya.
Familiarity with UI/UX design principles for VR environments.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Leadership experience and the ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
