Expected Role:

The Senior Content Writer cum Social Media Manager will play a pivotal role in managing the online presence and communication strategies for the Railway Zone. They will be responsible for ensuring the consistency, quality, and effectiveness of content across various social media platforms.Â

Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation and Management:

• Â Â Develop compelling and engaging content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
• Â Â Create written content, including articles, blog posts, press releases, and social media updates.
• Â Â Ensure that all content aligns with the brand voice, messaging, and communication objectives of the Railway Zone.
• Â Â Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.

2. Social Media Strategy:

• Â Â Formulate and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and reach.
• Â Â Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices to optimize content performance.
• Â Â Conduct regular audits and analysis of social media channels to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
• Â Â Implement SEO strategies to improve the discoverability of content on social media platforms.

3. Community Engagement and Management:

  - Foster meaningful interactions with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

  - Cultivate and nurture relationships with influencers, stakeholders, and key partners to amplify the Railway Zone's messaging and initiatives.

4. Coordination and Collaboration:

  - Collaborate with the back-end team, including designers, content creators, and marketing professionals, to ensure seamless execution of content and campaigns.

  - Coordinate with internal departments to gather relevant information, updates, and announcements for dissemination on social media platforms.

5. Analytics and Reporting:

  - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the effectiveness of social media campaigns and initiatives.

  - Generate regular reports and insights to evaluate the impact of content and strategies, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
