About the Role:
We serve high quality content to millions of customers across millions of devices, all of which are constantly evolving and changing. This role is within our Channel Marketing team and includes activations like Media planning with ATL and Marketing activation with BTL driving micro-marketing and on-ground activation. It also includes ensuring identification of critical and impact markets and customize the marketing approach specific to the geo dynamics.
Context: As the OAP (On-Air Promotions) Lead, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the on-air promotions for our Telugu businesses. Your primary responsibility will be to strategize, plan, and execute compelling promotional campaigns that effectively promote the channel's content, increase viewership, and enhance brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities: - Ideate, conceptualize, visualize, write, produce, direct, and edit unique on-air promos for all content (movies, shows, music) of Star Maa network.
- Ensure promos consistently offer a fresh perspective, staying ahead of the competition.
- Infuse local flavor and Telugu cultural nuances into promos, making them compelling and relevant.
- Maintain high creative and production standards, aligning with the channel's philosophy, and delivering campaigns on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with content teams to identify the best brief and develop campaign ideas.
- Strategize and generate creative ideas for promos, keeping the audience engaged and eagerly anticipating episodes.
- Create an enticing and visually appealing channel look and feel through effective packaging and graphical elements.
- Collaborate with Marketing/Strategy teams to develop region-specific campaigns that connect with local audiences.
- Produce showreels, audiovisuals, and flash presentations as needed.
- Foster creativity within the team, providing guidance and mentorship to the OAP and Graphics teams.
Performance Measures: - Quality of creatives produced at par with network standards
- Ideation, visualization, shooting and direction quality of projects handled
- Campaign adaptability sticking to marketing plan per project
- Timeline adherence for assignments handled
- Contribution towards Channel and Business objectives
- Effective Turnaround time.
Qualifications: - Minimum Qualification: Graduate with 12-15 years' work experience in a related role.
