International Credit and Collections Specialist - Up to 5.25 LPA

About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our growing team as an International Credit and Collections Specialist. In this role, you will play a key role in recovering past due payments from international customers, ensuring smooth cash flow and reducing Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) . You will be responsible for the entire collection process, from initial contact to successful resolution.

Responsibilities:

• Collections:Contact international customers via phone to collect past due payments.
• Negotiate payment plans and settlements.
• Escalate unresolved cases to the appropriate team.
• Update collection records and track progress.
• Dispute Management:Investigate and resolve customer disputes related to invoices and charges.
• Ensure fair and efficient resolution of disputed amounts.
• Maintain accurate records of all dispute activity.
• Account Reconciliation:Perform regular account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Research and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain detailed records of reconciliation activities.
• Credit Management:Conduct credit limit reviews and recommend adjustments based on customer profiles and payment history.
• Process customer refunds and manage order releases as per company policies.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of credit management principles.
• Communication:Effectively communicate with customers via phone and email, following professional etiquette.
• Maintain clear and concise documentation of all interactions and activities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable Collections (Voice) with international exposure.
• Good understanding of the Order to Cash (O2C) cycle.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls confidently.
• Knowledge of dispute management principles and practices.
• Understanding of account reconciliation procedures.
• Familiarity with credit management functions.
• Flexible with working night shifts.
