Responsibilities: Promote travel packages and services by contacting potential customers via phone. Address incoming calls, resolve queries effectively, and provide detailed package information. Assist customers in selecting suitable packages based on preferences and budget. Follow up with potential leads, encourage bookings, and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and stay updated on industry trends. Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the booking process. Requirements: Proven experience in customer service, preferably in tourism. Excellent communication skills with a pleasant telephone manner. Strong sales and negotiation skills. Customer-focused mindset and passion for delivering exceptional service. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in CRM software.
