Job description

This is a full-time on-site Recruitment Manager role, located in Malad. The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the recruitment process, developing and implementing recruitment strategies, sourcing and identifying candidates, and managing the recruitment team. Other responsibilities include collaborating with clients to understand their recruitment needs, building relationships with potential candidates, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications:
At least 4 years of experience in recruitment and staffing
Experience in managing recruitment teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
