Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Proactively reach out to existing customers to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide personalized support.

2. Analyse customer feedback and data to identify trends and insights that inform retention efforts.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer support, marketing, and product development, to address customer concerns and enhance the overall customer experience.

4. Design and execute targeted campaigns to re-engage inactive or at-risk customers.

5. Provide ongoing support and assistance to customers to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.

6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer retention to continuously improve strategies and tactics.

7. Building positive relationships with customers and business associates.
