Job description
Evaluating applications against required qualifications. Screening and shortlisting suitable candidates for further assessment. Assessing candidates skills, experience, and fit. Asking probing questions to deeply understand fit.
Keeping organized records of all applicants.
Scheduling and conducting preliminary phone/video screening calls. Coordinating interviews and scheduling across multiple stakeholders. Performing structured interviews and assessments. Collecting interviewer feedback after each discussion.
Communicating next steps to candidates promptly. Discussing salary expectations and job details with candidates. Extending job offers and negotiating compensation
Releasing offer letters. Onboarding new hires and welcoming them
Owning campus hiring initiatives and programs
Revamping job descriptions to attract modern talent
Posting and advertising job openings on relevant platforms
