Job Description:
We are currently seeking experienced Security GRC Analysts to join our team in either Pune or Bangalore. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in security governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC), with hands-on knowledge of SOC2 or ISO27001 audit controls and certification. Additionally, familiarity with GRC management systems such as Archer or Audit Board is required. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments of security controls based on SOC2 or ISO27001 standards.
Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of GRC management systems such as Archer or Audit Board.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify and mitigate security risks and vulnerabilities.
Provide recommendations for enhancing security controls and processes to meet compliance requirements.
Monitor and analyze security incidents and events to identify trends and patterns.
Participate in security audits and assessments conducted by internal or external auditors.
Develop and maintain documentation related to security policies, procedures, and standards.
Stay updated with changes in security regulations and industry best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
6-8 years of experience in security governance, risk management, and compliance.
Hands-on knowledge of SOC2 or ISO27001 audit controls and certification.
Familiarity with GRC management systems such as Archer or Audit Board.
Understanding of security controls including access control, auditing, authentication, encryption, data integrity, physical security, and application security.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
