At Matter Entertainment our mission is to represent some of the best talent in the Indian entertainment ecosystem and to curate and produce unique and ambitious stories. We are looking for candidates who are excited by the opportunity of working with the leadership team on managing top creative talent, packaging content for major studios and OTT platforms, among other growth-focused activities within the organisation.
Specific responsibilities will include:
· Signing, managing and servicing clients onboard with Matter
· Sourcing content from books, screenplays and other literary content
· Sourcing and closing deals for clients with production houses, studios, and OTT platforms
· Integrating oneself with the day-to-day work requirements of the division
Requirements:
· Preference for a candidate with 1-2 years of talent management experience (experience having managed talent in the film ecosystem, like screenwriters, directors and authors, is preferred but not required)
· Bachelors or Masters degree candidate that is passionate to start a career in media and entertainment
· Excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple workflows
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Excellent reading and writing skills
· A strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
· A strong entrepreneurial streak, with an ability take on responsibility and deliver in a fast-paced environment
· Candidate must fit the collaborative, team-driven ethos of the organisation
Compensation
· The salary will be commensurate to candidate's experience
