Division Cybersecurity - IAMTrack Ping Lead (PingOne and Ping DaVinciLevel L3Years of Experience Minimum of 8+ years of experience in identity and access management, with atleast 3 years of experience in designing and implementing IAM solutions using Ping products (PingOne and Ping DaVinci)General Description Understanding of cloud-based identity and access management (IAM) solutions. Strong understanding of SAML (Security Assertion Markup Language) and OAuth protocols Proficiency in configuring and managing user identities and access policies in PingOne. Proficiency in integrating PingOne with on-premises identity sources, such as Active Directory, LDAP, or HR systems Proficiency in configuring and managing user attribute mapping and synchronization in PingOne Ability to configure and manage user provisioning and deprovisioning processes in PingOne. Ability to configure and manage advanced authentication methods, such as biometric authentication or hardware tokens. Knowledge of integrating PingOne with third-party identity providers and social login platforms Familiarity with configuring and managing user self-registration and self-service capabilities in PingOne Knowledge of auditing and reporting capabilities in PingOne for compliance and governance requirements. Experience in integrating PingOne with various cloud services PingOne DaVinci, PingOne Risk or PingOne Authorize Understanding of identity lifecycle management and user role-based access control in PingOne. Proficiency in configuring and managing security settings and policies in PingOne. Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to user authentication and access in PingOne deploymentsTechnical Requirements Design, implement and maintain identity and access management solutions using Ping One, Ping Davinci, Ping Access with: OAuth, OIDC, SAML, Header-based authentication. Lead accelerated access management, identity provider and IAM related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that deliverables are completed on time and to specification. Provide technical leadership to a team of engineers to ensure successful delivery of IDP and IAM projects. Evaluate and recommend new IDP and IAM technologies and solutions that will help meet business needs. Ensure compliance with company and industry security standards and policies. Implement automation to streamline and improve identity management processes. Troubleshoot and resolve identity and access management issuesSoft Skills Excellent Verbal and written communication skills in English Ability to present solutions to clients remotely and in person if needed Good documentation skills that will enable creation of design documents for the technical solutions proposed Excellent problem-solving skills Good collaboration skills in working with virtual and distributed teamsCertifications Relevant certifications in Ping Identity products or IAM, such as Ping Certified Administrator (PCA) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), are advantageous.Educational Qualifications University degree in IT or/and IT Security (1.) To clearly understand the client's cybersecurity environment and respective product. (2.) To monitor, configure, and troubleshoot cybersecurity issues and related monitoring tools (3.) To analyse and validate cybersecurity incidents in-detail and help the L3 team with RCAordata or logs collection (4.) To enable knowledge transferortrainings through creationor maintenance of configuration documents, test plans, operational manuals and provide operational training to L1 team. (5.)
