Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Recruiter. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various positions within our organization. This is a junior-level position with 1 to 3 years of experience, and it is a full-time role based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Source and attract candidates through various channels, such as job portals, social media, and networking
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
  • Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews
  • Assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers
  • Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and requirements
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records
