Job Overview

We are looking for a Human Resources Intern to join our team at Scale Yourself Co. This is a part-time, remote internship position suitable for fresher candidates with less than 1 year of experience. As an HR Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in various HR functions and contribute to the growth and success of our organization. The internship is based in Delhi, Delhi, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a remote and diverse team environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with HR software or systems is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Support the onboarding and orientation process for new employees
• Assist in maintaining employee records and updating the HR database
• Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Support the coordination of HR programs and initiatives
• Assist in organizing and conducting employee engagement activities
• Participate in cross-functional team projects as assigned
