Job Title: Investments Analyst
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
Experience: Minimum 5 years
What are you responsible for
1. Investment Research and Analysis
  - Conduct thorough research on various asset classes, including equities, fixed income, real estate, and alternative investments.
  - Analyze financial statements, market trends, and economic data to identify potential investment opportunities.
  - Prepare detailed investment reports and recommendations.
2. Portfolio Management
  - Assist in the construction and optimization of investment portfolios.
  - Monitor the performance of existing investments and recommend adjustments as needed.
  - Evaluate portfolio risk and return metrics.
3. Due Diligence
  - Perform comprehensive due diligence on potential investment opportunities.
  - Evaluate investment risks and assess the financial viability of prospective investments.
  - Coordinate with external advisors and partners as necessary.
4. Financial Modeling
  - Build and maintain financial models to assess the potential returns and risks of investments.
  - Conduct sensitivity and scenario analyses to evaluate the impact of various market conditions.
5. Market Monitoring
  - Stay updated on financial market trends, economic indicators, and geopolitical events that may impact investments.
  - Provide insights and recommendations based on market developments.
6. Reporting and Communication
  - Prepare investment reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  - Communicate investment strategies, findings, and recommendations to the senior management team.
What are we looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. A master's degree or CFA designation is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Investments Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment strategies, and asset classes.
- Proficiency in financial modelling, data analysis, and investment softwares.
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
- Demonstrated ability to make sound investment recommendations and decisions.
