Job description
Lead and manage projects in a multinational setting, coordinating efforts across diverse teams located in different regions. Work with the Practice Heads to define the detailed procedures and approach for migrating and transitioning Understands Project and functionality and process maps Develop and implement project plans, work plans, RAID log, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Engage with stakeholders at various levels, including executives, team members, and external partners, to ensure clarity in project goals and expectations. Demonstrate top-notch listening and communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration and understanding among team members and stakeholders. Communicate project updates, milestones, and potential risks clearly and concisely. Drive projects to successful completion by setting clear goals, timelines, and expectations. Possess PMI (Project Management Institute) experience, with a strong understanding of both waterfall and agile project management methodologies. Apply PMI principles to ensure projects are executed with precision and efficiency. Ensure clarity in project documentation, requirements, and communication. Develop and maintain project documentation to provide a clear understanding of project status and progression. Effectively prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and manage timelines to meet project deadlines. Participate in periodical client calls / meetings, understand the operational issues and ensures timely resolution of issues Operation Management Initiate and design business process excellence improvements Demonstrate, and seeks to deepen, awareness of business / industry issues and drivers Implement the necessary reporting and governance arrangements to ensure effective management controls are established to oversee the operation Escalation and resolution point for the client with regards to process related queries Ensures progress, issues and agreements are properly documented and acted upon Candidate with PMP certification preferred
