Job Description – Inside Sales Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

• Cold Calling: Experience in outbound/inbound calls. Need to make at least 50+ calls per day to the given leads. • Customer Engagement: Initiate contact with leads, establish rapport, and build relationships through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value propositions to potential customers. • Quota Attainment: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the sales management team. • Pipeline Management: Accurately update and maintain sales pipeline data in CRM systems, ensuring it reflects current opportunities, sales stages, and expected close dates. • Collaboration: Collaborate with other members of the sales team, marketing, and product development to optimize sales efforts and enhance overall customer experience.

Requirements: • 1+ years of experience in Inside sales and Cold Calling. • A bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred • Strong verbal and written communication abilities with a high level of persuasiveness and professionalism. • Experience with CRM systems, sales software, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
