About the Role:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and strategic individual to join our team as the Technical Support Manager at Avidbots.
How You Will Make a Difference:
- Manage customer support, RM & CPG teams to ensure exceptional service delivery, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.
- Lead and manage a high-performing team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve individual and collective success.
- Manage and support engineering teams, ensuring the successful development and deployment of innovative solutions.
- Develop, implement and present comprehensive metrics to achieve maximum efficiency and repeatable customer satisfaction fleet wide.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment of country-specific initiatives with overall company goals.
- Lead and oversee all aspects of our operations in India while driving growth, fostering key relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of our business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory bodies.
- Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency.
- Work with third party consulting groups to ensure all regulatory requirements are completed
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably as a manager or in a similar capacity.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing business operations, ideally within a Customer Support or Call Centre environment.
- Experience in managing customer support and engineering teams.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Ability to navigate and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated understanding of local market dynamics, regulations, and business practices.
Nice to Have:
- Advanced degree in business, management, or a related field.
- Fluency in multiple languages relevant to the country's business environment.
- International business experience and cultural adaptability.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and data analytics.
- Previous experience managing North American-based entities.
