FORMAL EDUCATION: (GENERALLY, IF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE IS ACCEPTABLE, THE CANDIDATE MUST HAVE THREE YEARS OF WORK EXPERIENCE FOR EVERY ONE YEAR OF COLLEGE EDUCATION REQUIRED)
Required:
Associates degree or 1-2 years of vocational technical training preferred. HS diploma or equivalent required. Specialized skill training/certification may be required.
Preferred:
BS/BA in Information Systems, Business, Engineering or related discipline (equivalent work/military experience is highly valued)
Technical competency in one or more of the following programs: SAP user (running reports and transaction codes, basic use), Microsoft Power BI
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
Required:
Excellent English communication skills, and customer service skills required.
Self-Motivated and independent worker when necessary to achieve high output results
Strong communication skills via phone and email for interacting with staff, colleagues, customers, and external third parties
Detail oriented individual who is people oriented and has a positive attitude toward assisting others
Ability to follow instructions but also has confidence in making suggestions to improve processes
Ability to identify, at an early stage, complex problems and apply critical thinking for resolution
