Role Summary: Responsible for ensuring that company's processes etc. meet the regulatory. Review of controls to comply with various regulatory requirements.

All functions as applicable as per the reviews assigned

D Key Result Areas

Regulatory Compliance & Review / Testing

Work on:

. Standalone reviews as per Annual Compliance Review plan

. Compliance KPIs and testing the controls

. Branch reviews remotely

. IRDAI Mock Inspection reviews and data collation and verifications

. Regulatory Compliances: implementation of new regulations and testing thereof.

. Analysis of IRDAI orders on peer insurers and testing of compliance levels of the company thereof

. Control Automation process

. Exception reporting Development

. Compliance Review Software implementation along with vendor onboarding, requirement identification and overall implementation

. Any other time bound assignments related to regulatory compliance monitoring.
