Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Knowledge of the HR consulting industry is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in managing and coordinating daily activities
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Track sales performance and provide regular updates to the sales team
- Coordinate with clients to ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain client and prospect databases
- Assist in organizing sales events and exhibitions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies
- Contribute to sales team meetings and brainstorming sessions
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities
