Job description
Job Description : - Determine and define project scope and objectives. - Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan. - Provide project updates to Customers on a consistent basis by scheduling status calls - Updating project plans if any changes by getting approval from customers, sending out weekly reports etc - Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution. - Coordinating with team members to ensure project deliverables are delivered within agreed deadlines. - Daily Scrum call with internal project teams to get project updates, identify and resolve issues. - Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards. - Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed and planned. - Managing customer satisfaction within the project transition period.
