Job description
Delivery Excellence is comprising of SEPG, SQA and Metrics Function.
SEPG - is responsible for overall process improvement in the organization which involves identifying, piloting and deploying valuable improvements and this includes process definition, metrics analysis, usage of statistical techniques etc. SQA – is responsible for conducting process trainings, providing facilitation to projects & support function in implementing organization's processes, evaluating process implementation objectively and report the status of the same to Executive Senior Management. Metrics Function – Responsible for establishing metrics framework, metrics data collection, PPB establishment, Hypothesis testing, PPM conceptualization, creation and recalibration, Setting Business Goals & QPPOs, its targets, performing capability analysis, review achievement of Business Goals & QPPOs with Executive Senior Management. Note : We need 2 interns from MBA IT/Systems OR BCA/MCA/BE or ME Com Science/Engineering/IT (We need anyone fresher having Bachelor or Masters degree in IT/System/Com Science/Com Engineering/ Com Applications/Management )Job tags
