Job Title: Enterprise Leader Testing Experience : 14 to 18 years of experience Location: Bangalore/ Chennai Job Details and Requirements: Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Leader in Testing to oversee and drive the testing initiatives across our organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of testing methodologies , quality assurance processes, and a proven track record of implementing successful testing strategies at an enterprise level . The Enterprise Leader in Testing will be responsible for managing testing teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software, and driving continuous improvement in testing practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; master's degree preferred. Extensive experience in software testing and quality assurance, with a focus on leadership and strategy at the enterprise level. Proven experience in implementing testing methodologies, frameworks, and best practices . Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team. Familiarity with testing tools and automation frameworks. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
